Varietal Lettuce-Frisee Mix
Available approximately April - September.
A
beautiful mix of many lettuce varieties plus Tres Fine Maraichere and Bianca Riccia frisee.
Warm Salad Mix
Available approximately April - November.
Hardy greens that will stand up to a warm topping. 75% frisee/chicories, 25% other hardy greens such as mild mustards, baby kale, heirloom beet leaves, garland chrysanthemum leaves.
Petit Mix
A custom mix of hand picked leaves all under 1". Generally composed of
more herbs and less lettuce with flavors to compliment your menu.
Microgreen Mix
Available year round.
A mix of microgreens such as garnet amaranth, red cabbage,
fenugreek, purple kohlrabi, red mustard, purple radish and others.
A true delicacy as a garnish or small salad.
Herbs
2012 season: culinary herbs will be available.
Edible Flowers
Many varieties available such as arugula, borage, daylilies,
gem marigolds, lavender wands, nasturtiums, roses and violets.
Custom salad mixes, pea shoots/tendrils, cress, and other individual greens available seasonally
and by request.
